Dr. Snyder currently serves as President of Mount Sinai Health Partners and Chief Clinical Integration Officer, Mount Sinai Health System, championing the development and application of clinical strategy to transform the delivery system from fee-for-service to value-based care models.

Dr. Snyder received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Michigan and graduated with distinction from the University of Connecticut Medical School in 1994. Dr. Snyder then pursued his training in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital, Denver.

He began his career as a faculty member at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, Brown Medical School in Providence. In 2007, he was later appointed as Medical Director for System Affairs across the affiliate hospitals of the Lifespan system. Following that, he served as VP of Ambulatory Network Development for Stamford Health System and President of Stamford Health Integrated Practices. In 2012, he became Chief Medical Officer for Brown & Toland Physicians in San Francisco.
